This Privacy Policy describes how CityChoice OU (registry code: 16835698, email: support@citychoice.ee) processes and protects the data of its website visitors and mobile application users (including ADHD Planner).

This policy applies to the website and mobile applications operated by CityChoice OU.
2. What data do we collect?
Customer Support & Inquiries: When you contact us via email, we process your name, email address, and the content of your message solely to respond to your inquiry and provide support.
App Data & Local Storage: Tasks, notes, and settings created within the application (ADHD Planner) are stored locally on your device. CityChoice OU does not have access to your personal notes and does not store them on its servers.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) Features: When using the automated task breakdown feature, the text of that specific task is securely transmitted to the Google Gemini API to generate the response. This text is not linked to your personal identity and is not used for personal profiling.
Technical data: When visiting our website, general technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and usage statistics) may be logged to ensure website security and reliability. The mobile app does not collect background location data or sensitive personal data.
3. Purpose and Legal Basis for Data Processing
We process data on the following legal bases:
- To provide customer support and service fulfillment (performance of a contract or legitimate interest).
- To ensure the functionality of in-app features (user-initiated requests).
- To maintain the security and integrity of our digital services and website.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
4. Data retention and security
We retain email communications only for as long as necessary to resolve customer inquiries or fulfill legal obligations. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard data against unauthorized access or disclosure.

Our services and applications are not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Data and Account Deletion Requests
Since app data is stored locally on your device, you can delete all data immediately by uninstalling the app or clearing the app storage/cache in your device settings. If you have contacted us via email and wish to have that correspondence deleted, send a request to support@citychoice.ee, and we will delete the data within 30 days.
